"German fans have to find another place to buy Mims’ hit album Music Is My Savior in light of a new lawsuit filed by popular German rapper Bushido over the artwork on the album cover.
According to reports, the suit stems from a similarity between a silhouette of Bushido from the cover of the rapper’s Deutschland Gib Mir Ein Mic CD/DVD and the "I" in the logo for Mims' name on the cover of Music Is My Savior.
Bushido did not know about the use of the silhouette in the Mims logo and his record label Ersguterjunge (which is a distributed by Universal) are suing Mims and EMI for using the likeness of his image without authorization..."
